Hi, I'm Ashley. Since 2020, I've helped more than 100 homeowners through the process of making selections for their custom home builds.

Not for every project. Plenty of homeowners build with their builder and pick every finish themselves โ€” this workbook exists for exactly that case, giving you a system to stay organized and confident through it without hiring anyone extra.
What if my builder already gives me a spec sheet? +
Use both. A builder's spec sheet tells you what's included by default. This workbook helps you track everything you're adding, changing, or upgrading beyond that baseline, so nothing falls through the cracks.
What if I've already started my build? +
